About GTA 6 Heist Maps
What these maps are, how creators make them, and why you'll love downloading them.
Heist maps are presented as fully fledged multi-stage scripted heists. This includes scouting the target, prepping, robbing the location, escaping law enforcement and cleaning the money. Good heists implement smart guard AI, alarm systems, timed vaults, CCTV cameras, keycard doors and getaway routes.
The best heist maps take replayability into account - randomized loot, multiple ways to approach your target (loud vs stealth), additional escape routes and difficulty scaling. They should feel fresh every time you run them.
All heist maps available on GTA6Maps.com are free. If authors release premium heist campaigns, they will be available on GTAModding.net.
Combine them with a mission pack for a lengthier story arc, or with roleplay infrastructure so police response and getaway logistics fall right into place. See the most-downloaded heists on the leaderboard, and get install help in the install guide.

Heist FAQs
Can I play heists alone?
Yes - by default most free heists are set up for solo play with AI crew members. Multi-player heist support is a premium feature usually found only on paid mods.
Do I need special scripts?
Heists are based around scripted mission triggers and security AI, so you will need a script hook framework. Free hooks can be found in the tools sections.
How long does a heist take?
Anywhere from 20 minutes (smash-and-grab scores) to 2+ hours (large-scale multi-phase casino jobs). The approximate time is listed with each job.
